Entrepreneurs International Challenge (EPIC) is a four-day international entrepreneurship competition hosted annually by the LSE Entrepreneurs bringing together bright, ambitious students from 50+ universities across the world to develop and enhance their entrepreneurial skills. Inspired by the Apprentice, this two-stage competition tests students on their Sales, Negotiation, Marketing, and Strategy skills in an entrepreneurial context.

The event has been running for 5 years, attracting well-known entrepreneurial leaders and inspirational speakers such as Karan Bilimoria, CEO of Cobra Beer; Charles Dunstone, CEO of Carphone Warehouse; Caprice Bourret, CEO of By Caprice Lingerie and Michelle Dewberry to speak and share their professional experiences with students from across the world.

The competition has two stages, a preliminary challenge round through which a professional body shortlist the 10 finalists. The 2009 finals included teams from USA and Canada. The candidates then spend a week in London in the second stage called the finals week. Accomodation is beautiful, food is delicious and the tremendous week, involvs a series of informative talks of well-known entrepreneurial leaders, workshops and challenges. The 2009 Finals took place in London from 23rd February to 26th February 2009 with McGill University from Canada emerging as the Winners. You can find pictures and videos of the Finals on this page.
